1 on 1'S
A personalized one-hour one-on-one session that is uniquely customized to suit your individual strengths, weaknesses and goals. These sessions will be tailormade to your needs, whether that's more time in the gym working on functional movements or grinding sport specific skills and areas you wish to develop further, it's down to what you want!
These private sessions will be run by a coach with years of both playing and coaching expertise to provide you with the greatest opportunity for success. It is the most elite training we offer with further benefits such as online monthly meetings and outside training activities. These are free and are there to be taken advantage of for you to continue to grow, learn and have your say on the training we're doing.
2 on 1'S
A one-hour session for two athletes of the same ability level. These will be designed to have the athletes working with and against each other in order to spark competitiveness. These sessions are great for developing game-realistic skills and fundamentals while being challenged by a peer.
These sessions will be run by a coach with a vast knowledge in the field who will work with you both to help achieve your group and individual goals.
3 on 1'S
A one-hour session for three athletes around the same ability level. Similarly to the two-on-one sessions, these will be designed to have the athletes working with and against each other in order to spark competitiveness. However, with a greater number of athletes we are able to create more realistic game scenarios.
These sessions will be run by a coach with experience working with multiple athletes as well as having the experience and knowledge to help develop our athletes.
4 on 1'S
A one-hour session for four athletes of the same ability level. These sessions are the largest groups we work with as we find that more than four players remove the focus of individual growth. However, having four players at once allows players to compete with and against others at the same time. This creates a team-like dynamic which leads to players pushing each other to their limits.
These sessions will be run by a coach who has experience working with larger groups of players and can manage different personalities and ability levels without impacting any player.
