PRIVATE ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT COACHING - WELLINGTON, NZ

About

ABOUT US

At Elite Development Academy (EDA) we strive towards providing personalized development sessions in both the gym and on the field, court, diamond, track, ring, course or wherever else you compete.

Most athletes in New Zealand lack the necessary training in order to reach the next level to succeed. With the majority of training happening in large groups or team settings, which limits the opportunity for individual athletes to grow.

Our Goal is to provide the tools, knowledge and plans for our athletes to reach the next level, whatever that may be. Our focus is set on aiding our athletes in any way they need as well as improving weaknesses and improving functional movement patterns.

We are open to working with all ability level of athletes as long as they have a clear ambition or goal, no matter how big or small it might be. We also work with all ages of athletes from junior (6-12 y/o), to youth (12-18 y/o), to adults (18+ y/o). We have availabilities 7 days a week, working out of the Ricoh Sports Centre in Lower Hutt.

Elite Development Academy have partnered with Dynamic Sport New Zealand. They will be our exclusive equipment supplier and through their association with uhlsport, will also be our exclusive teamwear supplier.

"At Elite Development Academy, we felt it was important to partner with a New Zealand business for all our equipment. Over the past 2-years COVID-19 has hit our local businesses hard and we wanted to do our part to support them. Nigel and his team also have a fantastic range of products and have been easy to work with." Kieran McMinn: Elite Development Academy Director

Elite Development Academy operates out of multiple venues around Hutt Valley and the wider Wellington region, however, our home and hub is at Fraser Park at the Ricoh Sports Centre

"The Ricoh Sports Centre is a wonderful sports facility that has everything and more that we would want for our athletes at Elite Development Academy. The fields and courts are extremely high quality and the facility itself is amazing with perks like the café and sauna making it the perfect place to call home for us."
